Techniques of time management

One of the most popular techniques of time management is to prioritize the tasks.
This gives you a list of things to do and when to do them. Some of the things to
prioritize include order in which to do them and priority for finishing the tasks.
This is really helpful if you find yourself being interrupted at work by customers.
The customers usually want your attention at a certain time so they can go home.
This leaves a lot of time that you don’t get to use for doing other things.

Wise and effective time management

Here is a list of tips on how to manage your time wisely and efficiently.

1.-
Start by sorting the papers at the top of your pile. This will help you avoid being
interrupted by papers that may need more attention.

2.-
Put aside the important papers and go straight to the papers that are most urgent.
This gives you a sense of accomplishment when you have dealt with the most important papers first.officeworkeroffice worker

3.-
When you get a new paper, decide which to do first. If you think you’ll only have time to deal with one,
put that one down to start with. It will make you feel more competent. If you have time, give it full attention
and deal with everything that comes in. It will be a lot easier to deal with the excess than not.
